    Do you do discovery calls?
    Generally no. Async briefs lead to better estimates than calls because they force the brief-giver to write things down. <strong>Exception:</strong> a short sync by request if a project is genuinely shape-undefined and we need to scope what scoping even looks like.
    Can you start this week?
    Usually yes. We have capacity for new engagements right now. Send the brief — we’ll come back with a realistic start date inside a working day.
    Will you sign our standard NDA?
    Yes. Send it with the brief; we’ll sign and return the same day. We also have a generic mutual NDA you’re welcome to use if you don’t have one — simpler than negotiating yours.
    Can you talk to our client directly?
    Yes, if that’s what you want. What we won’t do is contact your client on our own initiative — under any arrangement. If you want us visible, we’ll show up as part of your team, from your domain email. If you’d rather remain the only point of contact, we stay behind your brand. Your call.
    What if the project is small?
    Then we’re probably not who you need. Our work is to understand the problem and answer for the decision; on a short task that judgement isn’t worth paying for — you need a pair of hands, not a verdict. Not sure which category yours falls into? Write anyway, and we’ll say so in the first reply.
