Veterinary — Case Studies

Animal-care practices — small animal, exotics, multi-doctor clinics. Booking flows, location schema, pet-owner-aware copy.

What this category covers

Veterinary engagements, shipped behind a partner agency's brand.

Engagement shape

White-label, agency-internal. No end-client contact. Communication runs through Redmine, the agency's PM tool, or a shared Slack. Our team stays invisible to the brand on the door.

What's in scope

Build, customise, QA, ship. Template customisation against branded systems, Figma-to-Elementor mapping, content placement, multi-round QA loops, hosting handoff. Design and content stay upstream.

What's out

Strategy, design direction, copy. SEO strategy, brand work, content writing — those belong to the agency. Our discipline is execution: turning an approved Figma into a shipped WordPress site without scope drift.

Five veterinary cases in the portfolio — smaller in count than healthcare, but consistent in shape. Veterinary practice websites share structural DNA with dental: a service menu, a multi-doctor team page, an appointment booking integration, location information, and an emergency or after-hours notice. The difference is that the visual and content register shifts considerably. Veterinary clients expect species-specific service pages — small animal, exotic, feline-only, boarding and grooming — and the practices themselves often carry a family-owned or multi-generational identity that needs to come through in the copy architecture, not just the imagery.

The dominant work type in this bucket is rebuild — migrating practices off aging Divi or builder-dependent setups onto maintainable WordPress structures. The 115-URL veterinary rebuild see case completed in 16 days is a clear example of the pattern: the practice had an existing URL tree the agency’s SEO team needed to preserve, a service structure that needed to expand to accommodate new specialisations, and a visual direction that required the theme to carry photography rather than fight it. A second case involved a full Divi-to-Elementor migration see case — less a rebuild from blank than a structural conversion, preserving content relationships while eliminating the dependency on a builder the agency was moving away from across its entire client roster.

Appointment booking in this vertical often carries more urgency cues than a dental practice — an emergency after-hours notice has to be findable at any depth in the site, not just on the contact page. Client-photo galleries and boarding-specific imagery pipelines require thought in the media library structure so the practice owner can update them without breaking layout assumptions. Multi-doctor team pages follow a template pattern we have refined across many healthcare cases, adapted here for the biographical register of a veterinary practice (clinical credentials, species interests, personal details that build the family-practice identity).

Every case in this bucket was delivered white-label for a US marketing agency partner. The practice owner engaged with the agency; our involvement was invisible.
