Wellness — Case Studies

Day spas, holistic practices, treatment-oriented venues. Booking integrations, gallery systems, calm-tone copy.

What this category covers

Wellness engagements, shipped behind a partner agency's brand.

Engagement shape

White-label, agency-internal. No end-client contact. Communication runs through Redmine, the agency's PM tool, or a shared Slack. Our team stays invisible to the brand on the door.

What's in scope

Build, customise, QA, ship. Template customisation against branded systems, Figma-to-Elementor mapping, content placement, multi-round QA loops, hosting handoff. Design and content stay upstream.

What's out

Strategy, design direction, copy. SEO strategy, brand work, content writing — those belong to the agency. Our discipline is execution: turning an approved Figma into a shipped WordPress site without scope drift.

One case — a 47-URL multi-location day spa rebuild, see case. The count is low, but the engagement illustrates a distinct WordPress configuration that recurs in the wellness vertical: a visual-first site where the photography carries the primary persuasive load, gift-card and online-booking commerce flows run alongside the informational content, and seasonal promotional campaigns require the content team to update template blocks without engineering involvement.

The WordPress structure for a multi-location spa differs from a single-location service site in ways that matter at template design time. Each location needs its own service menu, its own booking integration endpoint, and its own schema markup — but the visual language and brand voice have to remain consistent across all of them. The parent template carries the brand; location-specific template variants handle the divergence. Gift-card flows in this vertical typically run through a third-party commerce integration rather than WooCommerce — the template has to accommodate that embedded iframe or redirect without creating a jarring break in the site’s visual register.

Seasonal promotions — Valentine’s Day packages, holiday gift-card campaigns, mother’s day specials — mean the content team needs a reliable way to surface time-limited content without touching the underlying template. We handle this through a combination of ACF-driven flexible content blocks and a straightforward editorial workflow the agency can hand to its client: edit the block, set a visibility date, publish. The alternative — hardcoded promotional sections that require developer involvement to update — creates recurring support overhead that neither the agency nor the client wants.

Every case in this bucket was delivered white-label for a US marketing agency partner.
