Multi-vertical — Case Studies

Engagements that span more than one industry — combined healthcare/veterinary or cross-vertical agency portfolios.

What this category covers

Multi-vertical engagements, shipped behind a partner agency's brand.

Engagement shape

White-label, agency-internal. No end-client contact. Communication runs through Redmine, the agency's PM tool, or a shared Slack. Our team stays invisible to the brand on the door.

What's in scope

Build, customise, QA, ship. Template customisation against branded systems, Figma-to-Elementor mapping, content placement, multi-round QA loops, hosting handoff. Design and content stay upstream.

What's out

Strategy, design direction, copy. SEO strategy, brand work, content writing — those belong to the agency. Our discipline is execution: turning an approved Figma into a shipped WordPress site without scope drift.

One case — a cross-industry WordPress template library build covering dental and veterinary practices see case. The engagement ran to 170 hours over 30 days and produced seven Figma-to-Elementor templates designed to be deployed across multiple client practices with per-client content overrides rather than per-client design work.

The WordPress architecture for a template library differs from a single-site build in one fundamental way: every structural decision compounds. A layout assumption that works for one client but breaks for another reveals itself at deployment, not at design time — and fixing it across seven templates is seven times the work of catching it in the parent. The library was built with ACF-driven content overrides as the primary customisation surface, so the agency’s team could adapt the template to a new client’s service menu, brand colours, and imagery without modifying the underlying template structure. Shared component patterns — the appointment booking block, the team bio template, the testimonial section — were built once and carried across all seven templates with consistent markup.

The dental and veterinary contexts share enough structural DNA — service pages, team pages, booking integrations, location information — that a unified template library is viable. Where the verticals diverge (species-specific service hierarchies in veterinary; specialty sub-pages in dental), the ACF override surface handles the variation without forking the template. The result is a reusable asset the agency can deploy for onboarding new clients in either vertical with materially less setup time than a from-scratch build would require.

Every case in this bucket was delivered white-label for a US marketing agency partner.
