Strategy, design direction, copy. SEO strategy, brand work, content writing — those belong to the agency. Our discipline is execution: turning an approved Figma into a shipped WordPress site without scope drift.
One case: our own portfolio site, built in 103 days (09.02.2026 → 22.05.2026). It isn’t client work. xaverPRO built it for itself, to show exactly how a white-label site gets made: theme architecture, the deploy model, the case-generation pipeline, and the debugging tooling.
Internal projects run on the same discipline as client ones: the same canonical process, the same quality control, the same way a case study is written. The only difference is a shorter feedback loop, because the same team is both client and contractor. That leaves room to try things a client project would have to sign off on first: a new page template, a new component type, a non-standard deploy strategy.
The result is a working platform: 107 published case studies, a design system of universal components, an eight-step deploy, and a quality gate that runs before anything ships. The full case is a reconstruction of those 103 days from primary sources.
